Ordering

Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?: Yes. Laboratories ordering ten or more units of a compound, or opening a standing account, can write to our wholesale desk for a quotation and net terms.
What happens if a vial arrives damaged?: Photograph the packaging and the vial, then contact support within seven days of delivery. Damaged or lost shipments are replaced from the same lot where stock allows, otherwise from the next released lot.

What does the certificate of analysis actually contain?: Every lot is tested by an independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. The certificate reports appearance, purity by HPLC, net peptide content, identity by LC-MS, heavy metals by ICP-MS, sterility, endotoxin and residual solvents. The lot number on your vial matches the certificate published on the product page.
Why do purity figures vary from lot to lot?: Because they are measured, not printed. A lot at 99.11% and a lot at 99.72% are both within specification, and publishing the actual number for each lot is the point of testing every one.
How should lyophilized vials be stored?: Sealed vials keep at 2–8 °C for routine use and at −20 °C for long-term storage, protected from light. Once reconstituted, keep the solution refrigerated and follow the stability window in your laboratory's protocol.

Why does the shop separate the US, Canada and Australia warehouses?: Stock, pricing and carriers differ by country, and an order can only ship from one location. Showing each warehouse as its own catalogue means the price you see is the price you pay, in your currency, with a transit time we can stand behind.
Can I combine items from two warehouses in one order?: No. Each order is packed and dispatched by a single warehouse, so the cart is bound to the warehouse of the first item you add. If you need compounds that are only stocked elsewhere, place a second order for that warehouse.
How quickly do orders leave the warehouse?: Orders placed before the local cutoff shown at the top of the page are dispatched the same business day. Later orders leave the next business day. Lyophilized compounds are stable in transit at ambient temperature, so no cold chain is required for sealed vials.

Are these products for human use?: No. Everything in this catalogue is sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical work by qualified professionals. The products are not medicines, supplements or cosmetics, have not been evaluated by any regulator, and are not for human or veterinary use.
Why do I have to declare that I am a researcher before entering?: Research compounds are sold to laboratories and qualified individuals, not the general public.
